Enabled Dreams, LLC is an organization birthed out of the adversity and perseverance of founder, Jamia M. Davis who aims to inspire, educate, and advocate for individuals by empowering them to use their voice, gifts and talents to awaken the dreams in their hearts.

received will be confidential indefinitely. Files containing personally identifiable information and personal health information will be highly secured and stored using proper protocol and procedures.
If contracting for business services only, it is understood that
Jamia M. Davis is NOT your attorney and cannot give any legal advice.
If legal advice is desired for any matter, please book a legal consultation separately.
Payments
All matters, whether legal or business, require
at least 50% down to commence services which will be applied towards the total cost of services. Unless a payment plan is selected, it is expected that payment will be made in full at the time of booking.
Any legal or business services desired beyond the scope of work performed will require additional service fee(s) that will be contracted in writing.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
However, consideration will be made for reasonable changes to comply with expected contractual obligations.
This organization is not responsible for foreseeable or unforeseeable outcomes after receiving agreed services.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling and/or Cancellation require
48 hours notice via phone or email.
Attorney-Client Privilege
As previously mentioned, it is understood that an attorney-client relationship is formed with The Law Office of Jamia M. Davis, PLLC only upon written agreement, following the initial consultation and receipt of payment.
This begins a contractual relationship that must be fulfilled by the parties involved. It is understood by the parties in the attorney-client relationship to communicate effectively and timely, give information that is necessary, and fulfill duties as hired to fulfill contractual obligations.

Unless waived by the client in writing, all communications between Jamia M. Davis and client are privileged. If you are a person acting on behalf of another in contracting for legal services, you are NOT the client.

The client you are acting on behalf of must sign a waiver, allowing you to communicate with the firm
and participate in client meetings.
